Indeed, you can do it yourself with no cost.

Register your 29 websites to major social bookmarking websites : Digg.Com, Del.Icio.Us, NewsVine.Com, etc. After that, push some of your quality articles to those websites, make connection/network, and hopefully if you do good articles and content, you’ll see some traffic.
